1) First run through all projects in alphabetic order, to see which decisions can be made easily: reject, pending or request resubmission.
2) Further run through acceptable projects to assign flight hours.
3) Review flight hours against contract figures and confirm projects.
4) Make estimate of outstanding TA funds and possibilities for re-distribution.
5) Review list of projects that may be held over to FP7.
